I've been a Chess player on and off for about 30 years or so. Ever so often I'll start playing again and then I'll leave it alone for a few years, but I always seem to come back.

The pieces are easy to see sometimes these apps go overboard with graphics and stuff like that such as Battle Chess 3D that look pretty, but make it hard when you really just want to concentrate on the game. I like that you can play quite a few levels before having to upgrade if you want to upgrade it all but I do want to! I like the challenge, as this app reminds me very much of something Sierra online brought out called "Power Chess" back in With the influx of new computers and operating systems I can no longer play it working it out on dos box though to see if I can get it to run again so I'm very glad that I've discovered Magnus and I look forward to playing this app to the hilt!
